Week 6

Kia ora whānau,

We have had our first full week of the year! Everyone is stating to get into their routine and lots of learning is happening.
As you know, we have been looking at our names and why we have them as a start for this years inquiry. These will be one of the many published pieces of work presented in the end of year Tūhura book launch.

What's happening next week?

Monday: Food Forest 5pm

Tuesday: Whakarewa/Tūhura swimming sports
Tūhura will be swimming from 2pm. Please feel free to come along to show your support.

Thursday: Subway
Please order this via www.kindo.co.nz by 9am Wednesday.

WORDLAB
Thank you for your support with this. The kids are loving it and are making connections between what they have already looked at at home. We look forward to this being a continuous programme throughout the year.

READING EGGS
This will not be something that we are continuing on with this year. However if you would like your child to enrol, you are more than welcome to sign up independently.

Have a lovely weekend,

Molly & Paula
